2 cubic feet of potting mix weighs approximately 80 lbs (2 × 40 lbs/ft³). Garden soil weighs 110–150 lbs for 2 cu ft. Topsoil is heaviest at 150–200 lbs for 2 cu ft. This is why commercial potting mix bags labelled "2 cu ft" feel lighter than you'd expect — they're compressed in the bag and fluff up when opened. Always use potting mix weight calculations (40 lbs/ft³) for container and raised bed planning.
