What to expect when you email us:

Formula error reports — reviewed within 48 hours. If verified, corrected and the page’s “Last Updated” date is refreshed.
Calculator suggestions — reviewed weekly. Popular requests are prioritised in the build queue.
General questions — typically replied to within 2–3 business days.
Partnership or collaboration enquiries — reviewed within 5 business days.

We take formula accuracy seriously. All corrections are verified against the primary source (IRC, AWC, FDA, USDA, etc.) before publishing.
